Quality and controls

The dimensional test is the last step of the productive cycle, but not the less important; as a matter of fact Bormar invested and continues to invest a lot in this field, in order to be able to satisfy the customers needs completely and avoid the return of non compliant goods and the related loss of time.

Every lot of production is controlled and identified to guarantee conformity and traceability.

All parts are controlled in our air-conditioned metrological laboratory provided with a wide range of instruments as: comparators and digital micrometers, dial bore gauges, roughness and roundness testers, profilometers etc…

Besides, we use a 3D optical measuring machine and a touch-probe to control the plastic parts.
